Jeffery Lennard Cochrane, January 20, 1979 - June 9, 2015
After a courageous battle with cancer, Jeff passed away at Toronto General Hospital with his family by his side.
Jeff was born and raised in Toronto, graduated from Thistletown Collegiate High School and received a diploma in Culinary Management from Humber College. He was a cook at the Intercontinental Hotel in downtown Toronto.
Predeceased by his Grandparents (Pietro Gugliemelli, Mary Cochrane, Russell and Geraldine Cochrane), and Uncle (Franco Guglielmelli).
Jeff will forever be remembered by his loving parents Assunta Cochrane, and Lennard (Patricia) Cochrane. Also by his beloved sisters Lorie (Shane) and Sabrina Cochrane. His caring half sister Megan Cochrane. His treasured niece and nephew Marissa and Nicholas Taylor. He will be profoundly missed by his grandmother (Isotta Guglielmelli), uncles John (Maddalena), Domenic, Roberto (Laura), cousins, countless friends.
Jeff loved listening to music, laughing, playing sports, traveling, being with his family and having fun with friends.
He will forever be in our hearts.
